Return

MAKKO offers a 7-day return period to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and sealed condition that you have received it, complete (free gifts included), and have all tags and labels intact. Pls send us an email at spaceinput@gmail.com within 7 days from the receipt date of parcel delivery.

• Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable. 

• You will be required to bear the return shipping fee, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Partial refund will be applicable if the item is not return in its original condition, damage or incomplete.

• We reserve the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost. 

• Return shipping fee will be charged at a flat rate of $5 and a courier will be arranged to facilitate the return.

Types of goods that are not included in the return policy.

• Goods such as pillow, bolster and quilt cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

• Clearance sale or promotional items are final and cannot be returned.

• Washed or used products.

Refund

In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must have been bought from our website with proof of order number. 

• The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, complete with accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches back to us. Please ensure you send the return item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods or via our arranged courier. Please package the product securely.

Once your return product has been received and inspected, please allow 10 to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. We will send you an email to notify you once refund is completed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original mode of payment. This refund amount may take some time to reflect in your records depending on your credit card company, bank, or other payment services.

Exchange

Exchanges will be charged at a flat rate of $10 and a courier will be arranged to facilitate the exchange. Kindly ensure the items (including the packaging) comes in original brand new condition and note that the exchange has to be requested within 7 days of receiving your items to be eligible.

For missing/ incorrect product received, please take a picture of the received package as well as the picture of the items received inside the package and email us at spaceinput@gmail.com within 7 days from the receipt date of parcel delivery. We will arrange to resend or do a 1-1 exchange accordingly at no cost to you.

For product with manufacturing defects, please take a picture of the defects and email us at spaceinput@gmail.com within 7 days from the receipt date of parcel delivery. We will arrange to do a 1-1 exchange accordingly at no cost to you.
